How do I secure my date?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. The rest is due the day before your event. You will be given the option to set your payment schedule to autopay when making your deposit.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept zelle and credit cards. Additional processing fees will apply with credit card processing.

What packages do you offer?

We have come to realize that every event is unique and comes with a particular set of circumstances, so we like to address them individually. We have all our packaged listing in our digital brochure, what you you will receive after submitting the inquiry form located on the contact page of our website and in our instagram bio link.

Can I select the candy type on the coach or the cart?

Yes, we are happy to make it happen when we can! The Candy Coach can not be fully customized, but if you have a favorite candy, we are happy to do our best to get it on the coach. Our candy inventory is always changing, so we have a large selection of candy to choose from. Charges may apply to special candy requests outside of our inventory at that time.

What area do you service?

We service a 25 mile radius of the 90680 zip code. If you are outside of this area, a travel fee will be added. Please email us via our contact form for an estimate.

How much candy do you bring?

The Candy Coach and The Candy Cart are fully customizable experienes. This allows us to quote your event based on the number of guests. Please email us via our contact form for a quote.

Can I have a custom candy on the coach or the cart?

Yes! We can create a variety of candy with custom labels. Whether you want your name or your hashtag, or a logo, we can make it happen! Extra charges apply for any custom candy or printing requests.

Yes! We can create a variety of custom signs for our customers. Whether you want your name or your hashtag, or a logo, we can make it happen! Extra charges apply.

Can I have a custom balloon garland on the coach or the cart?

Yes! We can create custom balloon garlands for our customers. You pick the colors and we can make it happen! Extra charges apply. We do always recommend that if a professional balloon artist is booked for your party, that you have the professional artist make a garland, if you want the colors and style to match exactly.

Can I have a custom flowers on the coach or the cart?

Yes! We can create custom floral arrangement for our customers. You pick the inspiration and we can make it happen! Extra charges apply.
